Join us for our 3rd Annual 6 Days of Fitmas Challenge!
We will be posting daily workouts starting Monday, December 21st on our facebook page. We will also be emailing these out each morning to those on our Front Desk mailing list (must have a FD account to be on this list -- signup at fit4mom-tampabay.frontdeskhq.com).
You can do these workouts anywhere! All you need is a resistance band or 5-10 lb weights (if you don't have these, heavy cans or books will work!).
Since we don't have Stroller Strides or Body Back this week (12/21-12/27) we encourage you to get together with your Stroller Strides/Body Back friends & little workout buddies to do the workout together!
There's no better way to get your workouts in than finding yourself an accountability buddy. :)
Once you complete the workout, visit our facebook page and comment "DONE" under the photo of the workout you completed. For each workout you complete, you get 1 entry into our 6 Days of Fitmas Giveaway!
We will be giving away gift cards, FIT4MOM gear, Body Back certificates, and Stroller Strides memberships, and more!
BONUS entry: Post a photo of your workout (you, your location, your workout buddy... anything!). Winners will be drawn 12/31/15. You can complete the workouts as many times as you want and repeat workouts up until the 31st.
