CONFESSION: I've gained 20 lbs since my last Body Back session (April 2014) because I STOPPED TRYING. I lost my motivation. I got too busy. I put everybody else before myself.
And I had EVERY. EXCUSE. IN. THE. BOOK.
This is a tough confession because as a fitness professional, I feel like I'm always supposed to be "on" and be the most fit I can be. But guess what? I'm also a MOM. And a WIFE. And it's HARD. And I love to help others and teach great classes, but forget to put myself first and go to class myself.
I know it's hard for you, too.
I know you put your family first. I know you forget to take care of yourself. I know you're tired. And exhausted. And you hardly remember to eat breakfast. Or shower.
But guess what? We, as moms, need to be the best version of ourselves so we can give that version to our families! We deserve it and so do they. And I'm ready to be BACK! Are you?!

I'm regaining my health! I signed up with Busy to Balanced this month with Kerin Monaco and I'm excited to allow one of our awesome instructors kick my butt this session in Body Back over the next 8 weeks!
