Body Back Workout is a total body, high intensity workout for moms of any age. Workout in an all-female, supportive and inspiring environment. We offer 3 workout formats including an outdoor option to keep each workout fun and fresh. Blast calories, increase strength and endurance and connect with fun, like minded women at the same time. This is a child-free workout. Not intended for prenatal exercise. Membership and class pass options available, discounts available for teachers, military, and Stroller Strides members.
