5 Ways to Celebrate Earth Day
One of our core values at FIT4MOM is something called "ripple". It refers to the ripple that happens when we model wellness, kindness, and philanthropy to our children, fellow moms, and communities.
With Earth Day coming up on Monday, we invite you to take a moment to #LoveYourMother and give back to Mother Earth and help keep our Tampa Bay community beautiful.

Neighborhood Pickup
Pickup Trash in your neighborhood or favorite local park. Supplies needed:
- Trash Bag
- Gloves
- 5 Gallon Bucket (optional)
- Trash Grabber (optional)
- * We like these because it's easier for young kids to pickup the trash & drop it in vs fighting a bag! It also helps them see the trash accumulate.
Eco Friendly Home Swaps
- Make some eco friendly swaps in your home from reusable paper towels to snack backs to take home containers! Click here.
