Finn's Fighters
Born from a lost that shook our FIT4MOM Village, the mission of Finn's Fighters, aside from increasing awareness of pediatric Cancer, is to assist families in the Tampa Bay area faced with medical crisis. Our Grant program is meant to assist families with short term financial assistance based on need.
We miss you forever and always, Finn.
Babycycle Diaper Bank
We love supporting Babycycle because we believe strongly in their mission! Babycycle is community Diaper Bank. Babycycle serves low-income children ages 0-12. At Babycycle, our mission is for no child to go without necessities like diapers, wipes, clean clothing, and other basic items. Babycycle can always use donations including diapers, formula, diaper bags, pack-n-plays, children clothing, soap/shampoo, and blankets.
1Voice Foundation
Introduced to us by several oncology moms in our FIT4MOM village, The CAUSE of the 1Voice Foundation is to support children with cancer and their families by connecting them with financial, emotional and educational CARE while funding research for tomorrow’s CURE.
Purple Dot Yoga Project
Added by FIT4MOM Member and local Yoga Instructor Megan Lopez, we added Purple Dog Yoga Project to our list of favorites! They offer trauma informed yoga for wellness, wellbeing and mental health awareness, and aim to make yoga and mindfulness practice accessible to individuals and communities that need it most.
I Support the Girls Tampa Bay
An Annual FIT4MOM #MomsWithaMission Drive supports I Support the Girls Tampa Bay, who collects and distributes essential items, including bras, underwear, and menstrual hygiene products, allowing women and folx experiencing homelessness, impoverishment, or distress to stand tall with dignity.
Humane Society of Tampa Bay
Our FIT4MOM kiddos love visiting the animals for Storytime with the Animals! The Humane Society of Tampa Bay is dedicated to ending animal homelessness and providing care and comfort for companion animals in need.
Children's Cancer Center
We are proud to support several Children's Cancer Center fundraisers throughout the year! The Children’s Cancer Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving children and their families who are battling pediatric cancer or chronic blood disorders with the emotional, financial, and educational support necessary to cope with their life-threatening illness.
Small But Mighty Heroes
Recommended by mama Skyla who discovered this gem on their cancer-fighting journey (we love you Trinity!!), meet Small But Mighty Heroes. Their mission is to help spread awareness of pediatric cancer and to be the voice for these amazing warriors. They aim to help through their battle while being focused on their needs and making an impact, no matter how big or how small that may be.
Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful
We love hosting our FIT4MOM park & beach cleanups with Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful! KTBB inspires and educates people to take action every day to improve and beautify their community environment. They envision a country where every community is a clean, green and beautiful place to live.
Angling for Relief
Introduced to us by Finn's Fighters and started by an amazing Tampa Kid, Angling for Relief provides an opportunity to find some relief for a short time to children who are/have undergoing cancer treatment through fishing. Love to fish? They're always looking for volunteers, as well as donations to help provide supplies and poles for the kids who come fish.
Celebrate Birthdays
We loved partnering with us to give back at our FIT4MOM Birthday Party to also support Celebrate Birthdays! Their mission is to ensure that every foster child and all children, regardless of personal or financial circumstances, has the opportunity to celebrate their birthday and receive a present! They believe that every child deserves to have a special day to call their own.
Blue Star Families
FIT4MOM is proud to be a new supporter of Blue Star Families! Thank you military mama and FIT4MOM member Kelly for introducing us! Blue Star Families empowers families to thrive as they serve. They are committed to strengthening military families by connecting them with their neighbors to create vibrant communities of mutual support.
Jackson in Action 83 Foundation
FIT4MOM is a proud partner of the annual Military Moms Baby Shower in Tampa with Jackson in Action! Founded by Vincent Jackson and family, the mission of Jackson in Action 83 Foundation is to provide support to military families, focusing on the educational, emotional, and physical health of the children.
Friends of Joshua House Foundation
Friends of Joshua House Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization of concerned individuals who have dedicated themselves to developing resources to improve the quality of life for abused, abandoned, and neglected children and teens from our community by promoting healing, growth, and empowerment.
Tribe Seminole Heights
Our mamas love classes at the TRIBE! Founded in 2018 by Kristen "Kiki" Brown, TRIBE brings together members of the community to share their talents, interests and gifts with children and families. TRIBE offers 50 unique classes each week for kids, all only $5 each, and also supports local Title I elementary schools and other community-focused initiatives.
