Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!

Whether you're an avid runner or trying something new, Rub Club+ has a detailed training program to help you reach your individual goal. We know that running with others can be intimidating so we've designed our group run to meet each runner where she's at. The community nature of the program allows us to partner runners based on distance, pace and even neighborhood to help each mom find camaraderie in every stride.
