Mama of two littles, Elyssa enjoys going on weekly adventures to local farms, cafes, parks, story times, nature trails, museums and, of course, Fit4Mom classes with her babies in tow. She’s a firm believer that health is wealth and movement is medicine and loves that her kiddos get to witness so many super mamas embodying those values in every class.
